Coach, facilitator, and fierce believer that self-love is a world-changing act.

I work with thoughtful, self-aware humans who feel like they’re circling their truth but can’t quite land in it, no matter how much work they do.

I help people slow down, tune in, and meet themselves with radical compassion—not to become someone new but to remember who they already are. Whether we’re working one-on-one, gathering in community, or sharing digital tools, my intention is always the same: to hold sacred space for what’s true.
